Coach Roy Hardy
Roy Hardy begins his 13th season as Central Bible College head men's soccer coach. In 1999, Hardy started the first collegiate soccer program for Central Bible College. In his career, the Spartans have won two Interstate Collegiate Conference championships and have been runners-up in the National Christian College Athletic Association Central Region five times.
Hardy graduated from Central Bible College (Springfield, MO) in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible. While attending CBC he played on the men's basketball team for (4) seasons. He continued his education at Drury and earned a Master's of Education degree from Drury University (Springfield, MO) with a Secondary Education emphasis in 2001.
Coach Hardy married Heidi from Springfield, MO. They have been joyfully married for 19 years and they have two children; Deidre who is a freshman at Drury University and Roy, Jr. who is a junior at Hillcrest High School. The family attends Calvary Temple where they are heavily involved. Coach Hardy and his wife co-teach a married Sunday school class.
