Cheerleading

Cheerleaders are individuals who serve as a support group for Central Bible College's athletic teams. The purpose is to boost team and student body spirit and morale, involving students, parents and friends in positive support while acting in a Christian way.

The purpose of the Spartan cheerleading team is to promote good sportsmanship in the spirit of good citizenship, development of wholesome school spirit, development of team and school loyalty (win or lose), cooperation between students, team members, faculty, administration, parents and other team supporters.

Try-outs will be held in the fall. The squad consists of up to nine to ten individuals. The members must be willing to commit to cheering during both the fall and spring semesters, and must be able to attend NCCAA nationals. All squad members must have an overall 2.0 grade point average or greater.
