Nondiscrimination Policy

Central Bible College does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, age or disability in the educational programs or activities it conducts.  Such programs and activities include but are not limited to admission of students, employment and intercollegiate athletics.  Discrimination is prohibited by Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, and Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, including all subsequent amendments and administrative regulations adopted thereunder by the Department of Education.

Any grievances or complaints regarding these policies may be addressed to the designated officer through the Office of the Vice President for Operations.

As a religious educational institution operating under the auspices of the General Council of the Assemblies of God, Central Bible College is permitted and reserves the right to prefer employees or prospective employees on the basis of religion.
